1. Introduction
[COMPANY NAME], operator of Mature Fans ("the Platform"), respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all users of the Platform to do the same. This Copyright Takedown Policy explains how rights holders can report alleged copyright infringement and how the Company will respond.
This Policy is designed to comply with both:
• The US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512, for rights holders and users in the United States; and
• The EU Copyright Directive (Directive (EU) 2019/790) and the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065), applicable to the Platform as a service established in the Netherlands.
In the event of any conflict between these frameworks, the Company will apply the standard most protective of rights holders while remaining compliant with its obligations as a Dutch-established entity.
2. Reporting Copyright Infringement — Takedown Notice
If you believe that Content on the Platform infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, you may submit a written takedown notice to our designated Copyright Agent. To be valid, your notice must include all of the following:
1.Identification of the copyrighted work — A description of the copyrighted work or intellectual property you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list is acceptable.
2.Identification of the infringing material — A description of the Content you claim is infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it on the Platform, including a direct URL where possible.
3.Your contact details — Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
4.Good faith statement — A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, their agent, or applicable law.
5.Accuracy statement — A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
6.Signature — Your electronic or physical signature.
Please be aware that submitting a false or misleading takedown notice may expose you to legal liability, including under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f) (DMCA) and equivalent provisions of EU law.

Upon receipt of a valid takedown notice, the Company will:
• Acknowledge receipt of the notice;

• Where appropriate, promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing Content;
• Notify the user who uploaded the Content that it has been removed and provide them with a copy of the notice (with your personal contact details redacted where appropriate);

If a notice is incomplete, we may request additional information before taking action. The Company reserves the right to make the final determination as to whether Content violates this Policy.

5. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and EU law, it is the Company's policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. The Company maintains records of valid takedown notices and will act against accounts that repeatedly receive such notices.
A user whose account is terminated for repeat infringement is prohibited from registering a new account on the Platform.
6. Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (NCII)
In addition to copyright claims, the Company operates a separate removal process for non-consensual intimate imagery (sometimes referred to as "revenge porn"). If you believe intimate images or videos of you have been uploaded to the Platform without your consent, please contact us immediately at:
