BY USING OUR PLATFORM YOU AGREE TO THIS POLICY — PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") sets out what is and is not permitted on the Mature Fans platform and forms part of your agreement with [COMPANY NAME]. Any breach of this Policy may result in removal of your Content, suspension, or permanent deactivation of your account.

Defined terms in this Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms of Service.

Do not use Mature Fans in any manner that features or facilitates:

1.Minors or unverified individuals in Content — including anyone under the age of 18, or anyone over the age of 18 who has not completed our Creator onboarding process or provided a properly completed and valid model release form prior to appearing in any NSFW or sexually explicit Content.

2.Illegal activity — including actual, claimed, simulated, or role-played: exploitation, abuse, or harm of individuals under the age of 18; incest; bestiality; necrophilia; rape or sexual assault; human trafficking; prostitution or escort services; or any content or conduct that promotes, glorifies, or facilitates terrorism or violent extremism.

3.Prohibited items — including the display or use of weapons, firearms, or controlled substances in any manner that threatens or may cause harm to yourself or any third party.

4.Hateful conduct — including attacking, threatening, or demeaning individuals or groups on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, caste, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, religious affiliation, age, disability, or disease.

5.Abuse or harassment — including stalking, doxxing, defaming, blackmailing, or the sharing of non-consensual intimate imagery, manipulated intimate images, deepfakes, or any unauthorised images of another person.

6.Violence or harm — including content that depicts or encourages: prohibited role play (such as scenarios simulating rape, abduction, or non-consent); use of objects in any way likely to cause physical or psychological harm; extreme impact play; extreme bondage without clear evidence of consent; self-harm; or suicide.

7.Prohibited bodily fluids — including content that features urine, excrement, or other bodily waste in a sexual context.

8.Inaccurate or misleading information — including misleading titles, descriptions, or previews of Content; false claims about what is behind a paywall; misrepresenting your identity; or any other deceptive account or Content information.

9.Non-consensual imagery — including any explicit, nude, or intimate image or video of another person uploaded without their verified and documented consent, including artificially generated or AI-manipulated images that depict a real, identifiable person.

10.Public nudity — including explicit or sexually suggestive conduct filmed in a public place where members of the general public are present or are reasonably likely to see, including the use of explicit imagery in profile avatars or header images visible to the public.

11.Prohibited cyber activity — including: spamming other users with unsolicited mass messages or repetitive content; sharing another person's private data without their consent (doxxing); linking to external media storage or file-sharing sites for the purpose of circumventing the Platform's payment systems; referencing or directing users to any off-platform site that violates our Terms of Service; or engaging in any activity that interferes with or disrupts Mature Fans' software, hardware, servers, or network infrastructure.

12.Unauthorised copying or distribution of Content — including scraping, downloading, redistributing, sharing, or otherwise gathering Content from Mature Fans or from any Creator's profile for any commercial or non-commercial purpose without the express written consent of the Creator and [COMPANY NAME]. This prohibition applies to all Content types including photos, videos, audio, and text.

13.Prohibited in-person meetings — including using the Platform to solicit, arrange, or facilitate any in-person meeting for a commercial sexual purpose. Legitimate Creator Interactions — such as meetups, signings, or fan events of a non-sexual commercial nature — are permitted where they are clearly communicated and do not violate applicable law.

14.Prohibited commercial activity — including: selling controlled, regulated, or illegal items through the Platform; falsely representing that Mature Fans or [COMPANY NAME] has endorsed you, your account, or your Content; infringing any third-party intellectual property right including unauthorised use of copyrighted music, images, or trademarks; or accepting payments for Content or services through any means other than the Platform's official payment systems.

15.AI-generated explicit Content — including sexually explicit or NSFW Content produced in whole or in part by artificial intelligence tools. Non-explicit AI-generated Content is permitted but must be clearly labelled as AI-generated at the point of upload. AI personas, AI avatars used to represent a Creator, or deepfake Content of real individuals are strictly prohibited.

16.Impersonation or chatbot use — including using automated messaging tools, chatbots, or third parties to impersonate you as a Creator in direct communications with Fans. All direct interactions with Fans must represent genuine, personal engagement by the Creator.

Reporting Violations

If you encounter Content or conduct on Mature Fans that you believe violates this Policy, please report it using the reporting tools available on the Platform or by contacting us at:

We will review all reports in a timely and diligent manner. Where we determine that a violation has occurred, we will take appropriate action in accordance with our Terms of Service, including Content removal, account suspension, or referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

Consequences of Violation

Any breach of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in one or more of the following:

— A formal warning issued to your account

— Removal of the non-compliant Content

— Temporary suspension of your account

— Permanent deactivation of your account and forfeiture of pending earnings

— Reporting of illegal activity to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities

Serious violations — including any Content involving minors, non-consensual imagery, or illegal activity — will result in immediate permanent deactivation without warning and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

This Policy is incorporated into and forms part of the Mature Fans Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between this Policy and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall prevail.
